Return Policy

Refunds

You have a 14-day right to return; this means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Orders can be canceled within one hour of placing the order.

Shipping costs are included in the product price and are not billed separately to the customer.

In the event of a return, the costs of both the initial shipment and the return shipment will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.

In the event of a return, both the costs of the initial shipment and the costs of the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. An invoice or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to ship your package. Products returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Returns are sent to our store in Romania. Upon the customer’s request, returns can also be sent to the original shipping address. Return shipping costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility.

 

Damage and Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain types of products, such as perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), special items (e.g., custom orders or personalized products), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products), are non-returnable. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your product, please contact us.

 

Returns can only be made using the return shipping code provided by us. Products shipped from outside the country will be destroyed if not accepted upon delivery. Please remember that in this case, all responsibility lies with you and that you placed your order under these terms.

 

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate purchase order for the new product.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 

Notwithstanding the above, if the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification. As mentioned above, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, tagged, and in its original packaging. You will also need the invoice or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
